Our OBJECTIVES
- We encourage and promote the preservation of purebred Dachshunds and do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.
- We urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed developed by the Dachshund Club of America and accepted by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Dachshunds are judged.
- We do all in our power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog show events.
- We conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows and performance activities.
